• Monthly: €13.99 billed each month.
• Quarterly: €26.97 billed every three months, equivalent to €8.99 per month.
• Annual: €47.88 billed yearly, equivalent to €3.99 per month.

The annual equivalent is not a monthly payment option. The page states automatic renewal, possible local taxes, unlimited text messages and 100 monthly tokens. Is Candy AI free?

The official free-user help article lists five chat messages across all characters, one custom character and one image. This is a limited introduction, not unlimited free messaging. The article was last updated in May 2025; confirm the allowance displayed in your account.

Five messages may reveal whether you like the interface. They cannot establish reliable long-term memory, sustained conversation quality or the cost of a month's use. We have not measured those outcomes.

Is Candy AI safe?

We cannot certify its security. Having an account system or a published policy does not establish that private conversations are risk-free.

The privacy notice describes account-data retention generally for three years after last activity, with stated exceptions and possible shorter periods, and financial-data retention for ten years. It also describes deletion requests. Review the full notice for purposes, recipients and exceptions before sharing sensitive information.

Use a unique password and avoid putting identifying or confidential information into a trial conversation. A deletion request, subscription cancellation and stopping marketing messages are separate actions; check each control that matters to you.

How do you cancel a Candy AI subscription?

The official cancellation instructions direct users to My Profile, then Settings, then Unsubscribe. Complete the confirmation prompts and keep confirmation of the cancellation. We checked the instructions, but did not execute this flow in a paid account.
