The plan price and the payment are different numbers

We opened the public subscription page and captured the three plan cards below. The twelve-month offer is emphasized visually. Read its term as carefully as the large price: a monthly equivalent helps compare plans, but does not mean you can buy one month for that amount.

The page's payment terms state automatic renewal for the same price and term, with possible local taxes. Check the final amount and currency in your own checkout. A price from another country, an old review or an affiliate promotion may not match the offer you receive.

What does Premium include, and what can cost extra?

The benefits list includes unlimited text messages and 100 tokens per month. Access to a media feature does not establish unlimited use of it. Candy's free-user documentation describes a much smaller allowance; see our guide to free access for the distinction.

We did not buy token packs or measure token use in a paid account. There is therefore no verified “average monthly spend” in this guide. The useful calculation is your plan payment plus the actual packs you choose, rather than an invented range based on someone else's habits.

• Check the token cost shown for the specific action before confirming it.
• Record your balance before and after use. Different modes may consume different amounts.
• Check whether a purchase is a one-off pack or another recurring product.
• Do not assume a failed or unwanted output automatically restores credits; read the applicable support terms.

Which billing period makes sense?

For an initial evaluation: start with the free allowance. If you decide to pay, the shorter term limits the amount committed before you know whether the service suits you. A larger discount does not make a year worthwhile if you stop using it after a week.

For regular text chat: compare the full-period prices and test whether the conversation remains useful. The advertised unlimited text benefit does not prove accurate long-term memory or a particular response quality.

For frequent media use: write down a monthly spending ceiling separately from the subscription. For example, with a €13.99 monthly plan and an overall €20 budget, €6.01 remains before taxes. That is arithmetic, not a statement that a €6.01 token pack exists.

When comparing services, use the same task and the same budget. OurDream uses DreamCoins, which cannot be compared to Candy tokens simply by counting them.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Candy's help instructions describe My Profile → Settings → Unsubscribe, followed by confirmation prompts. We read these instructions; we did not cancel a paid account. If your controls differ, contact support and keep the confirmation you receive.

Stopping renewal and getting money back are separate questions. Do not treat “cancel anytime” as a promise of a refund for unused time. Save the offer, receipt and renewal date when you subscribe so you can check what you actually accepted.

Is the annual plan €3.99 charged every month?

No. In the offer above, €3.99 is the monthly equivalent of the twelve-month term. Its full annual amount is €47.88.

Does the subscription remove every extra cost?

Do not assume so. Check the cost of credit-consuming actions separately from access to the feature.
